Looks great!! Did this a few weeks ago but I had to partially cook the bacon in the microwave then use skewers to keep the bacon from falling off the breast while it was in the smoker. turned out great! hope you post some pics of the end product!!
Wish I could have posted pics but the ppl ate it to fast... They came out perfect! Juicy and flavorful... Cooked them in a foil pan for 2 hrs at 225°... Absolutely perfect... Will def make them again!
Looks good. I love to marinade Chicken breasts in the late fall then vacuum seal them and use them all winter.
