Looks good. This is a silly question, but how did you stuff the chicken? I assume you just cut a slit in the breast, but that's my guess. Taste as good as it looked?
 
I pounded it and the wife rolled it.

Think it is possible to hold the chicken roll together with a toothpick or string? You know, in case someone doesn't want to use bacon. :/
