Bacon Wrapped Chicken Cordon Bleu

  1. Last weekend I flattened 6 chicken breasts and brined them in butter milk and powdered ranch dressing.  I then used more powdered ranch dressing as a rub and rolled the breasts around the ham and Swiss cheese.  I held the rolled chicken together with two slices of bacon.  I would post photo's but I haven't figured it out yet...  Trust me they tasted as good as the looked.
