We are doing finger foods (veggie/fruit trays, cheese and crackers, etc.) for my daughters graduation open house. I'm thinking about also serving quartered bacon wrapped chicken breasts. I was thinking it would be best to smoke them whole, then quarter them for additional help to keep them from drying out. Also I figured I may put them in the broiler for 10 minutes or so after they are done to crispen up the bacon. Any experiences or thoughts?
