5 pound bone in turkeybreasr,brined in hawain punch,sea salt overnite. Injected some ground clove and allspice in, used some hot rub and covered with bacon.Smoked 5hr with Apple dust. The taste was an OMG moment! Threw in this pic of our Easter ham,also a hit. Got my MES 30 New years eve,have smoked EVERY week since!
