Bacon & Swiss stuffed burgers

    Trying out the new maker today..starting with bacon.   Seasoned inside first and then with the bacon and Swiss.   





    Going on the mini for a reverse sear in a little bit.

    Stuffed and smoking @ 250 with some apple.

    Bacon and cheese is meant to be inside i think...wow very very good this way[​IMG]

    Just some chicken i threw on my Jimmy smoker afterward.  Creole butter injection with jerk outside.
