Bacon is done (Qview)

  1. I did a batch of Honey Black Pepper and a batch of Brown Sugar. This is the third time I make bacon and it is the best batch yet. The my wife and three year old girl love it. Here are the pics.

    Ready for the smoke house
    Honey Black Pepper

    Brown Sugar

    Fresh out the smoke house

    Sliced and vacuumed

    Same

    In the skillet

    bacon looks great, I have yet to try to do that but it is on my ever growing list.

    very nice looking bacon there-looks and sounds like your getting it down just fine! I sure like opening the deep freeze and seeing all them bags of bacon there.

    Good looking bacon, glad it came out well - I have 4 bellies curing right now and I can not wait to try the changes I made

    Bacon is very forgiving as long as you stay within the food safety guidelines you will be fine
