Bacon Cheeseburger Fatty

    Made a Bacon Cheeseburger Fatty yesterday. I used thick cut Cherry smoked bacon and smoked it using mesquite. Smoked it around 250 for two and a half hours. Here's my process

    What was the ratio of beef/fat you used? I imagine that a higher amount of beef and less fat would make it too dry, but the bacon wrap could compensate for that. Thoughts?

    Yes. I agree totally. That's why I used Publix Market Ground Beef, which is a 75/25 split. Not too healthy but tasted great!
