Back ribs

    I thought I would make it up to my loved ones for being away for one week with ribs.

    2 slabs of back ribs (cut in half)

    Rib rack wider than the smoker, lots of glare and mesquite smoke

    After 2-1.5-0.5



    Followed by a father's day treat
