That looks really good.  Thats exactly the amount of pullback I like on my ribs... I bet they were delicious... plus I think I can smell them all the way over here in the US of A.

They did turn out well.

The ones in front were slathered with Diana Sauce(my wife likes it) and the back one was slathered with a "Tipsy Jerk" sauce(Jerk sauce with rum added). Before smoking both were rubbed with my homemade rub, smoked for around 5 hrs @ 225 before saucing, then 1 hr with sauce on. They were smoked over maple charcoal with a small maple log added for extra smoke. It was also my first time not using foil, and I must say I was impressed. I dont think I'll be using foil anymore. With the UDS I just don't need it.

Great looking ribs! That tipsy jerk sauce sounds good too...

Good to see another Canadian on this site!!! When's the next event???

I could use a good smoke party!!!

Job well done AK, ribs look great. Ya know, this site really in no way helps anyone that is trying to not grow any more, and you all keep putting all these pics of fabulous looking food up. I really do enjoy all the pics, its just not fun being hungry at 9 30 at night.
