My name is Joe from Cleveland ohio. I retired from the steel mills in 2006 after 34 years service. Also work part time at a golf course mowing grass. Last summer I was doing BBQ with a friend, ribs, pulled pork and brisket etc.. This year just a couple of odd and small jobs. Anyway I make bacon, both kinds, hams and lots of sausage.
