Baby Backs second smoke this weekend QView

    Ok I had to make my wife her favorite this weekend so here they are.



    Just like I said earlier this week I always put a generous coat of brown sugar.



    They always liquefy before they go into the smoker.



    2-2-1 with apple and hickory @ 230



    Some sausage that got thrown in there as well.

    nice looking ribs, I add brown sugar to my rub when I do baby backs. I like the sweet taste
