Just put on 7lbs of BB. be using the 2-2-1 method for the first time. I'll post more qview when they're done.

Looks like a great start but wheres the big finish? I suspect that after eating those ribs a nap was required

Ended up doing 2-1.5-1 and they were good not to tough but not mushy. The cookie sheet was only used to bring them inside.

They look awesome nice job!!

I rubbed them down with a pork mixture the night before wrapped them and let them sit overnight in the fridge. Then mopped them 3 times , very little, during the whole thing with stubbs mopping sauce. Thats it no bbq sauce on them after that.

Probably should have added that earlier. lol

Thank you for all the comments.

Yes thoses ribs do look awesome too. I don't think I would need a nap after them I think I might need a stomach pump for I wouldn't know when to stop eating them.

hickory wood at 225. I was going to take a smoke ring pic but then I got side tracked and next thing I knew they were all gone lol

Very nice! I smoked my first babybacks last weekend. Used 2-2-1...actually ended up being 2-2-1.25. Just perfect. Tender, yet not soft.
