hey guys, im a total smoking noob. tomorrow im going to take a shot at some baby backs. i have them rubbed down and sitting in the fridge now. im wondering if anyone can give me any pointers as to how long to cook and at what temp? also like i said i have them rubbed down but i was also going to put alittle sauce on toward the end. is this ok to do and leave in the smoker to get them a bit sticky? should i take the water tray out after i put the sauce on? thanks guys any info would be appreciated.
