Sorry I have not been posting much lately. Been shooting alot of Little League Baseball/Softball and it consumes alot of my time along with my website.
My wife found some Baby Backs on sell last week and also picked up some Zucchini. I am not a real big fan of Zucchini but she said she wanted to try something from an old Key West cookbook we have.
Ribs got a 2-1.5-.5 and the last half hour I basted them with Blue Front Bar-B-Que sauce. We also did some Country Style Ribs that got a total of 3 1/2 hours. Wrapped them in foil for the last 1 1/2 hours. Sprayed with Apple Cider Vinegar and Makers Mark.

The pie was quite good. Eggs, bis quick, onions, zucchinis (of course), black olives, cayenne pepper, cheddar cheese and tomatoes. We are thinking of adding some bacon or sausage to it next time.

Looks real good flash. Yep that egg pie(thats what we call it round here) is always better with some sausage or ham in it!

Good to hear from ya again.Summer activities do take away from PC time!

OK, now you've made hungry! Great looking grub.

Great looking grub there Flash. I use to use Blue Front on almost everything but I started making my own sause, maybe I'll have to pick up a bottle and reintroduce myself to it.

Not easy to come by in North Fla. We had to get a friend in West Palm send some to us. I have managed to make a "Dirt Road Sauce" that is close to it, but Blue Front is still one of my wife's favs.

Flash that's some great looking grub!
Would the Mrs. care to share her pie recipe?
