I just put the Baby Back ribs on. We plan on eating the ribs tonight. Using apple wood, and I'm having a time with the temps, 39 degrees with 10-15 mph winds. I think I've got the temps headed back in the right direction with some wind blockers.

Nice start Bow, keep an eye on the wind blockers, don't want them blown away.

Good lookin start Bow!!
Could ya make the pics a little bigger? Kinda hard to see.
Lookin forward to the finish!!

Looks good so far. Try re-sizing your pics to 640X480. They show up a lot better.

I think I have the pics resized now, or I hope so. Me and computers don't get along to well! LOL

Man this turned out pretty good for my first time with ribs. They sure were good.

Sorry the pic of the finished ribs didn't turn out better, but I'll sacrifice the pics for the taste!

Nice meal, Bowdiddley! Bet you'll be doing ribs again, soon too...I can't seem to ever get enough of ribs!

Thanks for sharing. Keep it thin & blue!

Eric

Great work on your first ribs. I know they taste great now but wait till you experiment a bit and you won't even believe how good they can be.
