Baby back ribs.

    Got me some baby back marinating. Tried to post pics but they won't load.

    The wife has been craving ribs so she will be doing the smoking while I'm at work. Wish her luck. I'm sure I'll be on the phone with her the entire time they are smoking. Going with the 2-2-1 method.

    I cut the slab in half to have room in the fridge, do any of you think this will affect the cook or flavor?

    Also I put a lite cost of mustard and rub on both and then covered one half with dark brown sugar. Anyone think the brown sugar was a bad idea? We'll see.

    I put brown sugar on my spares today. It really sweetens them up.

    I was hoping for that and maybe help put a crust on it.

    I don't think it'll crust. It kind of melts in the heat
     
  5. I love using brown sugar and a bit of honey together. Nice and sweet!
