I used 1/4 cup Salt Lick Garlic Dry Rub and 1/4 cup brown sugar mixed in a shaker bottle. Sams Club baby back ribs 3 pack. Pat ribs dry and applied rub. Smoker at 230° give or take. Had to make a pan of Dutch's Wicked beans (do this every time I smoke-addictive). Bowl of apple juice for moisture. 2-2-1 method
