As promised i am posting the first pictures of this weekend's smoke session. 3 slabs of baby backs weighing in at almost 9lbs. Will marinate overnight and then smoke with Hickory/Apple mix.

Great pics! I am trying my hand at Baby Back Ribs this Sunday, and have them ready to prep, but I am looking for a good 'prep article' and have been scouring the Forums, with no luck... Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Morgan.
