Cooked in Masterbuilt XL propane smoker with apple wood chunks and cherry wood chips.
Smoked chicken & ribs yummm! What was you smoker temp?
Around 260, had in for 2 hours with smoke for most of that time. Then took and wrapped the ribs in foil with brown sugar and butter, put the leg quarters in a foil pan with some chicken broth and covered with foil for another hour. The last hour the temp crept up to around 275.
