Hello  everyone in WSM land and Smoking Meats Forums,

It has been awhile since I have posted here. I have been having technical difficulties. I cooked some baby backs aka. Loin back ribs today on my WSM. They came out pretty good if I do say so myself. However the 40F degree weather here in Northern Cali made things go a little slower than normal. Below are some pictures of today's smoke. I used Kingsford blue bag briquettes with Hickory wood chunks.

Good looking ribs!

I like the side table on your WSM too!

Must be rib weekend, I have some BB's going on the smoker Sunday!

Sorry it took my so long to respond back SmokinAl,

but had technical issues with my home computers browser. I also woke up to about a foot of snow the following day after cooking and posting these ribs, and I use satellite for my Enternet< which means my Enternet was down, because I was too lazy to climb up on my roof and clean the snow off of the satellite dish!
