Hi folks,

After doing a lot of reading here I thought I may as well sign up, seems like a great forum with lots of good info.  I have had a couple small brinkmann charcoal smokers.  They did a turkey fine, but the ribs did not come out to my satisfaction.  I recently decided I needed indirect heat and just picked up a trailmaster vertical.  I like the design and have been doing mods with assembly.  I will season it tomorrow and find out how well I have it sealed up.

Looking forward to discovering lots of good info here, and maybe in a few years I will have something to contribute to help someone else!
