Hi all, my name is Jason, I stumbled on to this site while looking for a fatty recepie.  I use a weber smokey mountain cooker, along with a weber kettel and a smokey joe.  I enjoy smoking just about anything i can get my hands one.  The holidays were a great excuse to roll some smoke.  Smoked turkey breast, ribs, and sausage for Thanksgiving. Smoked a whole tueky at Christmas and was fortunate enough to bagg a few ducks while hunting in NC so i wrapped them in bacon (gift from the gods) and smoked them.  Sorry to ramble, but smoking/grilling is a passion of mine and i look forward to sharing it with the folks of SM.

First off welcome to SMF there Jason. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.
