Avid BBQ'er, New To Smoking

  1. I'm an avid BBQ'er from Chicago who has a signed picture of Steven Raichlen on my basement wall and believe that his rules of bbq "Keep it hot, keep it clean, keep it lubricated" should not only be for grilling but life in general. I finally got my hands on a real smoker this Christmas, a significant upgrade from the smoker box on my grill.
