They say when you quit smoking (cigarettes), it helps to pick up a hobby. So I took up smoking (meat). Been reading these forums for a few months now. I got hooked because I bought a Chargriller with SFB and all the threads n pics of the mods really helped me to hit the ground running.

I did a small pork shoulder a couple weeks back and it was amazing! I couldn't believe how easy it was. The only tough part was watching the temps and refilling the coal into the SFB.
