At what internal temp do you pull the point to cube for Burnt Ends

    Going to give them a whirl tomorrow. Is there a certain ball park temp for easy cubing before returning to the smoker for burnt ends?

    I usual pull mine at 185.

    OK, how long do you leave them in after you've returned them to the smoker?

    Depends on smoker temp. 2-3 hours usually. Just keep sampling pieces until you like the char, and texture. It's a tough job but someone has to do it!!!'
