Asked to say hello so I am

    Hi,

    I'm Kevin here is a bit about me:

    Location: Grimsby, Ontario, Canada
    Smoker: Dyna-Glo vertical offset
    Experience: I have been at it for about a year

    List of things I have smoked;

    Pork shoulders, bone in, boneless
    Pork tenderloin
    Ribs, various cuts
    Whole chickens (flattened I find works best)
    All manner of chicken parts
    Sausage
    Burgers
    ABT's
    Meatballs (from Jeff's news letter today)
    Fish
    Hotdogs

    Not sure what else to include, maybe fuel and wood types

    Charcoal briquettes (pure hard wood usually) but depends on what I am cooking and burn time.

    Lump usually mixed with briquettes for consistency

    Wood; cherry, Apple, pecan, hickory, mesquite, fig (my favourite when I can get it), maple, and have tried some ash an pecan shells

    I look forward to being part of the community.
