Got two loins yesterday. One will be CB. The other one was cut in to a loin roast and the rest was cut in to chops. I butterflied the loin roast, seasoned it with Jeff's rub, spread some of Wegmans Triple Fruit Spread that has apricots, peaches and passion fruit in it, then added a layer of apricots. Rolled it and tied it. Ready for the smoker. Smoking at 220 with maple. Spritz liquid is equal parts apricot necter and apple juice.
