Pre-cured, sliced ham, Jeff's rub, 2.5 hours, Jeff's sauce, followed by another half hour. Amazing.
That sure looks Delicious... How about some sliced pics... and a sandwich or two to go...

The apple smoke complimented the ham very well. Thanks again for the pointers. I'll be ordering a few more pounds of dust for my AMNS soon. Gotta try that bourbon barrel!
Sadly, we ravaged the ham pretty quickly right after I took those pics, so there were no sliced pics. I'll do better next time.
