What is a good fried apples "like" recipe to serve with pork loin?

I would just saute them in butter and brown sugar.
what he said!  Add a little lemon if you don't want them to brown too much

If you reduce the butter/brown sugar mixture after sautéing the apples, you can get a nice caramel sauce to pour over the apples (and the pork loin) that would be very nice.

Another option is to mix some cherry juice (get a can of dark cherries in light syrup and puree it in a blender) in with the butter/brown sugar after sautéing the apples and then reduce that.  I love this kind of cherry glaze on my pork loin and pork chops.

Easy and good, buy a can of Apple pie filling, heat it up with raisins, pecans and a little spiced rum, reduce down a little or till the pecans are slightly softened.

Its easy and you'll be surprised how well it goes with pork.

Thx guys......Do any of yall have any good glaze ideas?
