Im smoking some ABT's and fatties for our family christmas eve party.  I was thinking of smoking my turkeys at the same time for the christmas dinner the next day.  I was wondering if anyone does this, im afraid of them being dry after reheating.

Use a good brine, undercook a tad.

Reheat in the oven with a pan a water in the bottom.  Now, bout the only problem I have had doin it be the skin may split.  But otherwise their fine.  Take yer internal ta 160° an pull em, they will coast another 5°.
