Anyone seeing beef prices come down yet?

All I hear is that beef prices are crashing, yet my local Costco hasnt adjusted their price in the slightest.  How are you guys finding prices around the country this Dec?

We see an occasional sale item lower, but not much help on average.

Pork has come down closer to normal here.  Not there, but closer.

Slight reduction in the ridiculous egg prices in the last month.

I saw bone in pork butts at Wegmans for $1 / lb.  Finally pork prices have started to adjust.  No change on beef :(  Monopoly?
