I'm going to replace my UDS. While there are more pre-built accessories out there, I'm finding drums harder to come by than years past. It is still early here in the cold north (I'm in Michigan), but I usually can find 3 or 4 decent listings on Craigslist. This year? Seems like they're almost non-existent. I'm close to breaking down and spending $80+ on ebay. Anyone else having this problem?

Plastic Drums are cheaper, less reactive and recyclable. In the food industry, I have been seeing plastic replace steel for quite some time...JJ

Man drums here are a dime a dozen. For the most part not food grade. Pretty much all lined. Some with locking lids, others fixed top. Price range $8-$25 each, makes the $25 bucks my powder coat shop charges to sand blast the liner and exterior a moot issue. The food grade ones that I see right now on my CL are stainless and priced in the $200-$300 range, yikes!

Ah, I've seen those lined drums on CL here, too. I wondered what was done with the liner.
