Anyone into Lexington Style BBQ?

[h1]Lexington Style BBQ[/h1][h2]Chopped Pork Barbecue Seasoned with Eastern Vinegar Dip [/h2]

Down here its served with Red Barbecue Slaw and often hushpuppies or rolls.   I got a job in Greensboro, N.C. and live in Charlotte...had to drive through this little town called Lexington for a year and a half before I realized that Lexington claims to be the Barbecue Capital of the world, maybe outside of kansas city.  Anyone else ever get up that way and know what I am talking about?

Go through there all the time. BBQ Center has better tasting meat IMHO but Lexington BBQ has better sides.

I have never been thur Lexington but I like to try anything. I have made the vinegar finishing sauce and didn't quite like it but isn't that why they make chocolate ice cream cause everyone doesn't like vanilla.

I have tried the vinegar based sauces and finishing sauces and they are just not for me.

 i did take SFQ finishing sauce and make it to our taste.

 We are more into heat and sweet.
