I ordered jerky from these guys and it's not really jerky.  It's more bbq.  either way it was one of the best things I've ever eaten.  They also make Slim Jim type snack sticks that were also out of this world.

I was wondering if anyone has any idea how to make them?  I don't necessarily mean recipes for spices.  I mean technique.  I will work on spices myself though I am always open to hear recipe suggestions.

If anyone knows how they makes those Smokies, I would be very curious(and grateful)  to hear.

    Ciao,

    Rob

They have a couple stands in the Westside Market in Cleveland, Ohio. Used to buy a lot of there jalapeño sticks over the years...
The Westside Market is a place to visit if your ever in Cleveland, it's a unique place.

Hi Darwin,  I didn't notice the search engine.  I have only been on this site for about a week and dove right into forums but missed the search engine.  Thank you so much.  The link to the snack sticks was great.  thanks again.
