Just wondering if there are any tips, do's or dont's when smoking a leg of pork?
I have smoked a couple of pork butts which have turned out well, but I have a leg of pork which I would like to smoke, I was worried if it may go too dry.
Any suggestions, or has anyone has smoked a leg and did it turn out ok?
