Hey everybody,

You can call me Schmoke. I hail from Michigan City, IN (where the heck is that?).

I've been grillin' and smokin' for a few years now and I just can't get enough. My Weber Performer grill and I have pumped out a lot of great feasts over the last 9 or so years. I do my smoking on a Char-Griller Pro, just like a lot of you guys.

Been married to a great lady for 33 years. We love to sit out on the deck on a sunny afternoon watchin the grill do its thing. Course, this usually involves some "adult-type" beverages of one sort or another.

I joined this forum to learn more about this great BBQ obsession I seem to share with a lot of you. I'm sure I'm in good hands.

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...
