another venison recipe

    soak 2lbs of venison legshank or cubed chili meat in 3 cups buttermilk,3 tbsp worchy,1 sliced lemon or 1/4 cup lemon juice,salt & pepper,1 tbsp white vinegar,and 1 cup shiner beer for 48 hrs.
    add to pressure cooker w/ 1/4 diced smoked yellow onion
    4 cloves smoke garlic
    bring to pressure for a couple hours
    add 1 can chopped mushrooms & mushroom soup & bring back to pressure for a couple hours more(until meat is tender)save over night...
    crockpot or reheat the next day & add 1 bag of eggnoodles & serve over d.o.'ed garlic biscuits...
    great deer camp food.

    ya gotta come visit-even if we ain't smoking the food- the wood box is always giving offthe tbs so the kitchen smells like it- just smoke the venison first.
    p.s.- the trailer is well seasoned nowtoo- i don't even have to start a fire for thje smell......
