Another UDS

Just finished this one for a friend ,lucked out by getting the last Grill from Big Lots for the lid .Got another started for another Buddy ,going to have to use the Lid that came with it 'till we find another source for domed lids.

 Wallly world didnt have anything close to fit the second one started.

 One nice thing about the UDS' is that all my friends that have seen how easy they

are to run have wanted one and since I'll do anything to get them smoking I've been building them just for an excuse to tinker and they get a great smoker for around 65 bucks

That's #4 waiting to be finished ,used what paint I had left from others to keep it from rusting after burn -out and sanding

I did some brisket this past weekend for a party, and now I've got 4 people that want a UDS.

It was sold under Big lots Brand if I remember right

they were a seasonal item too

I used the Wal-mart one for my first build and the lid is the exact size as the opening on the drum (i fooled with it but still don't like the way it fits). If this one fits the drum opening I would be interested in using it.
