Another tri tip

    Smoked it on the weber kettle at around 325 with some mesquite and cherry reversed seared it once it got to 115 IT. Took less than an hour. Here she is..

    That looks perfect.  What type of rub did you use?   Think I need to go  Tri Tip shopping.

    Thanks for the kind words.  For a rub I used some worcester and SPOG.  Hahaha OldSchoolBBQ...Not sure what you mean.

    That's the best way to smoke a Tri tip in my opinion! Nice smoke! I wish the price would come down here so I could snag a few, been too long!

    Thanks!  I use SPOG when I smoke beef all the time. Tri tip, beef ribs, brisket, chuckies, rib roast, etc.  Its the best way to go!

    Hahaha. I am not a huge fan of abbreviations usually, but I have a fondness for SPOG!
