    Rubbed with some pork barrel BBQ rub.

    Smoked over jack Daniels oak barrel chips and hickory. 225 degrees, till it hit 128 IT, seared on the gasser and rested for 30 minutes.

    Now that's some good looking grub. Just can't find tri tip here in the pan-handle of Florida. Always look forward to the NW Florida gathering when Brian brings some in from Cali.. Always great.

    Bet it tastes phenomenal.

    Nice work Dert! It's our favorite steak to cook! Love that you have Extra Hot Beaver! That and Tule Lake are some of our favorite horseradish!
