Another Stufz Debut

    Yesterday was one crazy smoking day - Andouille sausage -Jamacan Jerk wings and a Stufz burger -

    Here we go - first up is the burger with some smoked cheddar - the rest of the suffing will be bacon from our smoked stash - jalopenos - grilled onions and more smoked cheese

    One hour on the smoker and finsih on the grill

    Here we are on sourdough rolls with smoked cheese and grilled onions topped with pepper bacon - awesome

    I like it!  Haven't tried a Juicy Lucy yet, but it's on the list.

    The burger looks great and all but I hope the fly on the first shot took his portion to go. I do like the filling and tell the misses that the fries look awesome too and I also like leaving the skins on. They add soooo much flavor the them too.

    You guys are killing me.....all these great suggestions for fillers and I'm still waiting for delivery (still within the delivery prediction date, just impatient).  Think I'll go get some chuck roast to grind up into hamburger, with some sirloin added (because I can't leave a good thing alone, gotta tweak it, and oh yes, it's angus beef).  I'll never knowingly go back to store bought hamburger.....

    I've gotta get me one of those, maybe two. I make stuffed burgers by hand often, I do the chili cheese one, and the mushroom swiss deal, and even a bbq sauce with grilled onions and bacon stuffed inside. There is a store by me that sells ground up brat meat and I've stuffed those with grilled oniona nd some spicy mustard, and the were awesome. Yeah I think I'll have to order me one of these, would make stuffing the burgers easier.

    Hoping I get mine by Friday. Got a local sale (Giant) $1.99 for 85/15 ground beef.

    I think they said on Monday----5 to 7 days, but maybe I'll get lucky.

    I am seeing sausage and bacon stuffed burgers in your future

    My next one is going to be some  of the pepper bacon and some maytag blue cheese and maybe some mushrooms

    Also thinking about a chorizo and egg filling with some japs or anaheims

    The Chili cheese one sounds good too except I would do it without a bun cause I would be wearing it for sure after the first bite [​IMG]

    Just got off the tug this morning and my Stufz was waiting for me when I got home!!  I can't wait to try it...This should be in the next day or so. I will provide Qview when this happens!!!

    I sprayed the inside with some pam before stuffing and it worked well
