When I got home tonight this was waiting for me.

Well, this was after defrosting in the micro.

I smoked at 150' for about an hour maybe a little more.

On the Weber for a quick sear. 3 minutes on side one 4 on the other.

This all that Carol left for me, she said it was outstanding.

Usually I have to zap it in the micro, but not tonight. HMM, go figure.

I love a smoked ribeye! To me it's the most flavorful cut from a cow! Nice one Ron, thanks for sharing!

Love my kettles.Nice job too Carol.

Fine meal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Steak looks delicious, and of course you gotta have the shrooms with it!
I would have to agree that ribeye is my favorite cut as well.

Ron, you di have a way with steaks, ribeye is a greaat cut. I think I'll put some on my list.... along with Yoshida.

MMMMMmmmmmm, yup Ribeye is the best !

I think Will Rogers once said, "I never met a Ribeye I didn't like".

Ya know I never get tired of seeing a beautiful piece of meat wonderfully cooked. Nice job Ron. I love those ribeyes especially with the bone. Even better is straight from the roast ... mmm yeah.

A good substitute is a nice ribeye from Sam's. They are thick cut and well worth the price. Usually about a 2 finger thickness.

Thanks for sharing a piece of paradise with us.

ron that looks great youve inspired me, never done a steak on the smoker gonna researcch the forums this week and go for it this coming weekend

Yes I love the ribeyes all right. You did a great job on that steak. I know you enjoyed it with those mushrooms. Fab job Ron.
