Hello gents, it's the weekend, and it's 60 degrees in Ohio. Time for another round of ribs. Doing two racks of baby backs today. I used mustard for a binder, and applied a homemade rub with about every spice in the cabinet. Have them on the smoker now. There will be plenty of q view later. I put my smoker inside of the smoke house I'm building to block the wind. It really helps with temp control.
