Just starting to get into a real,wood fire for smoking been,using anything from a weber to a pellet grill but now im in pursuit of a off set! Been looking around and cant deside how big of one i need!! So out for a learning curve! Found a 20"x48"air compressor tank how big of fire box and how many 8-10 lb.boston butts can i fit on it I'd like to be able to fit abot 20 on whatever i make any input would be nice! Thanks in advance!!
