Hi everyone. My smoker of choice after reading up on things is a Weber Mountain Smoker 18 1/2 inch,which should arrive this week . Some friends at the hunting camp have prepared fantastic cuts of meat , both beef and wild game . You all have so much good info and sound like a very helpful bunch of folks . Sure will have questions to ask once the process starts at home ! Thanks in advance...Finn

Where might I find the meanings of some of the abreviations . There are lots am trying to decipher, but as a newbie don't have a clue for most. Thanks....Finn
