Another Pulled Pork Q-View

    Hey all -

    Did 14# of boston butts on friday, and though I should share.

    Started at 10 AM and finished the foil at 4AM Sat. (225-230)

    Threw in some towels and into a cooler until 10AM sat.

    Smoked with Hickory and a little apple.

    Good looking pork. One of my favs. 10 a.m. till 4 a.m.? They took that long? The longest I've looked a pork butt is about 12 hours using my MES.

    Great looking butt..Does seem a little lenghty...once mine hit 165 and foil I finish off in the oven...Don't get any more smoke when foiled.
