So my wife's work was having an end of year in service and they asked me to make pulled pork. Well of course I'm going to do it.
Rubbed them down with my rub. Had the smoker around 250-275 with oak and pecan.
Here they are at 2hrs in.

Of course we had to test it.

And had to sample on a bun. And I just so happened to have a fried egg and French fried onions so what they hell.

Then there was a little left the next day after the event. I may have planned the extra. So I decided to do nachos. Pulled Pork, Beans, Cheddar, Queso, BBQ Sauce, and French fried onions.
