Hey everyone!  I hunt, fish, and collect wild edibles as my major hobbies.  I've been cooking in some sort of way for an income for most of my adult life.  Smoking is new to me!  I enjoy preserving my meat in different ways "now a days".  I kinda got tired of butchering my deer and other wild game just into steaks and grinding the rest.  And definitely tired of paying the high prices meat lockers charge for venison sausage, ham, jerky, etc.  I have a 30 in digital masterbuilt electric smoker, meat slicer, grinder, dehydrator, and a few other small gadgets.  I am on here to hone my skills and start smoking some real quality game and fish that others will crave and I can enjoy on a regular basis.  The cookie cutter kits that wal-mart, gander mountain, and cabelas sell are just okay and sometimes way too salty for my liking.  I want to start coming up with my own recipes and learning from you experienced guys on here.
