Rec’d a new MES 30 on the 25[sup]th[/sup] worked out great once I read the directions on how to start it to heat. I don’t need a map! Ribs came out great though. So what I started at 10 and it was 8 when we eat gotta start somewhere. Now I have come to where the greats are :) OH BOY what a line
